Café Frima*s #14

11 am > 6 pm - free entrance

Bad news The fireplace is dead ! now you’ll find out just a view, a bar, some soup, a sound menu, a TV program, a small library, talks, and sometimes music...
These are the ingredients of (feu)-Café Frima*s, an initiative of Taraxacum asbl & Erow projects.
Every month, in collaboration with Taraxacum, 68 Septante chooses a film from its catalog, La Vidéothèque Nomade, for the TV program.

In january nous we invite you to discover Natalia Zuluaga Ospina’s film :
- Sous la pluie du nord (26’ - 2004 - CO)

Finding old S8 films of her childhood, the director decides to return on her native ground : the Sierra Nevada of Santa Maria in Colombia.
Over there, several peasant communities undergo regularly the sprayings of toxic weed-killers led by the Colombian and North American governments within the framework of the devastating "Plan Colombia"...
